Dave Lysecki is the lead physician for the Quality of Life & Advanced Care clinical program at McMaster Children’s Hospital and the academic Division of Palliative Medicine at McMaster University. Dr. Lysecki completed his training in Pediatrics, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, and Pediatric Palliative Care in Canada. Following completion of training, Dr. Lysecki moved to Hamilton, ON and founded the region’s first pediatric palliative care program. His is research, leadership, and advocacy roles are focused on palliative care program development and ensuring equitable access to care.
